精神分裂症作为一种重性精神疾病，核心危害在于损害社会功能与降低生活质量，导致患者难以回归正常社会生活，给家庭与社会造成沉重负担。因此，探寻并推广有效的康复模式至关重要。在此背景下，源自于患者群体内部互助的同伴支持服务模式，因其独特的共情基础与实践效能，近年来逐渐成为全球精神卫生领域广泛关注与应用的一种重要康复策略。同伴支持服务是指具有相似疾病经历的人，以小组形式进行情感、生活、社会等方面进行互帮互助的疾病康复模式，其可提高患者的社交能力和沟通技巧，改善生活质量，是一种低成本、易推广的康复方式。本文综述了精神分裂症患者应用同伴支持服务模式的研究现状，梳理国内外研究进展，以期为精神分裂症患者的康复提供理论支持。

Schizophrenia, as a severe mental disorder, its core harm lies in the impairment of social functions and the reduction of quality of life, making it difficult for patients to return to normal social life and imposing a heavy burden on families and society. Therefore, it is of vital importance to explore and promote effective rehabilitation models. Against this backdrop, the peer support service model, which stems from mutual assistance within patient groups, has gradually become an important rehabilitation strategy that has received widespread attention and application in the global mental health ffeld in recent years due to its unique empathetic foundation and practical effectiveness. Peer support services refer to a disease rehabilitation model in which people with similar disease experiences help each other in terms of emotions, life, and society in groups. It can enhance patients' social skills and communication abilities, improve their quality of life, and is a low-cost and easy-to-promote rehabilitation approach. This article reviews the current research status of the peer support service model applied to patients with schizophrenia, sorts out the research progress at home and abroad, with the aim of providing theoretical support for the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia.
