2型糖尿病患者瘦素受体基因多态性的Meta分析

摘要:

目的 分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者与瘦素受体(LEPR)的相关性。方法 以“2型糖尿病”“LEPR基因”“相关性”为关键词在中国知网、国家科技图书文献中心、万方等数据库搜集中文文献,以“T2DM”“LEPR gene”为关键词在NCBI、Nature、Sprigner等数据库搜集英文文献,使用Meta方法对结果的可靠与稳定程度开展分析。结果 剔除发表时间过早,文章内容不完整文献,最终纳入10篇文献,中文8篇,英文2篇。涉及病例共6 333例,观察组与对照组各3 198、3 135例。Meta结果显示,对LEPR基因中的Gln223Arg研究内容最多,具体位点分析中rs1137101、rs1805096出现次数与其他位点相比更多,且证实与T2DM患者存在显著相关性。结论 T2DM的发生与LEPR基因多位点存在显著相关性,可作为临床诊断T2DM患者的重要指标。

Abstract:

Objective To analyze the correlation between patients with type 2 diabetes and leptin receptor(LEPR). Methods With“type 2 diabetes” “LEPR gene” and “correlation”, Chinese documents were collected in China Knowledge Network, National Center for Science and Technology Books and Literature, Wanfang and other databases, and “T2DM”and “LEPR gene” were collected on NCBI, Nature and Sprigner platforms, and the reliability and stability of the results were analyzed by Meta method. Results The publication time was premature and the articles were incomplete, 8 Chinese articles and 2 english articles were included. A total of 6333 cases were involved, with 3 198 and 3135 each in the observed and control groups. Meta results showed that had the most research on Gln223Arg in LEPR gene, and the number of rs1137101 and rs1805096 appeared more than other loci, and confirmed a significant correlation with patients with type 2 diabetes. Conclusions The occurrence of type 2 diabetes is significantly related with the LEPR gene, which can become an important indicator for clinical diagnosis of type 2 diabetes patients.
