目的 探讨基于循证医学的围手术期护理路径对开放性四肢骨折手术康复的影响。方法 以随机数字表法对本院2024年3月至2025年3月收治的98例开放性四肢骨折手术患者实施分组，对照组（n=49）采用常规手术室护理，观察组（n=49）采用基于循证医学的围手术期护理路径实施手术室护理。对比两组围手术期指标、切口愈合情况及术后并发症发生情况。结果 与对照组相比，观察组术中出血量更少，手术时间、切口愈合时间及骨折愈合时间均更短，切口愈合质量更高，术后并发症总发生率更低（P<0.05）。结论 对开放性四肢骨折手术患者实施基于循证医学的围手术期护理路径的手术室护理，可加快术后恢复速度，促进切口良好愈合，降低术后并发症发生风险。

Objective To explore the influence of the perioperative nursing pathway based on evidence-based medicine on the surgical rehabilitation of open limb fractures. Methods Using the random number table method, 98 patients with open limb fractures who were admitted to our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were divided into groups. The control group(n=49) received conventional operating room nursing, while the observation group(n=49) received operating room nursing based on the perioperative nursing pathway of evidence-based medicine. The perioperative indicators, incision healing conditions and the occurrence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had less intraoperative blood loss, shorter operation time, incision healing time and fracture healing time, higher incision healing quality, and a lower total incidence of postoperative complications(P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Operating room nursing based on the perioperative nursing pathway of evidence-based medicine for patients undergoing open limb fracture surgery can accelerate the postoperative recovery speed, promote good incision healing, and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
