目的 探讨舒适化护理单元在接受等比重布比卡因腰-硬联合麻醉（CSEA）的高龄髋关节置换术患者麻醉恢复室（PACU）中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年8月至2025年8月本院收治的120例高龄髋关节置换术患者；按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=60，常规护理）和观察组（n=60，舒适化护理）。对比两组患者PACU恢复时间、生命体征、不良反应及护理满意度。结果观察组患者定向力恢复时间及PACU停留时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组入、出PACU时心率和平均动脉压均较对照组更平稳，且重复测量方差分析显示组别与时间存在交互效应（P<0.05）。观察组在PACU内的不良反应总发生率较对照组更低（P<0.05），且护理满意度更高（P<0.05）。结论 舒适化护理单元能有效促进患者麻醉恢复，稳定生命体征，降低不良反应总发生率，提升满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of the comfortable nursing unit in the anesthesia recovery room(PACU) of elderly hip replacement patients undergoing combined spinal-epidural anesthesia(CSEA) with equal specific gravity bupivacaine.Methods Research subjects:120 elderly patients undergoing hip replacement surgery admitted to our hospital from August 2023 to August2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=60,receiving conventional nursing) and an observation group(n=60,receiving comfortable nursing) using a random number table method.The PACU recovery time,vital signs,adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The recovery time and PACU stay time of the patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the observation group were more stable when entering and leaving the PACU,and the repeated measures analysis of variance showed that there was an interaction effect between the groups and time(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group within the PACU was significantly lower(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusions The comfortable nursing unit can effectively promote the anesthesia recovery of patients,stabilize vital signs,reduce the total incidence of adverse reactions,improve satisfaction.
